We've enjoyed two great picnic benches from LeisureBench. Their quality and value were great, but their customer service was outstanding. We made a mistake in constructing the first one, and after liaising with an incredibly helpful customer care advisor Alice, she was only too happy to speak to the warehouse manager to provide us with a spare bolt to rectify our mistake. Everyone was so kind and helpful I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to friends and family.
