“Don't use these guys they are so dishonest. We purchased a Salamander wood burner with the understanding that they would install it. After paying an additional fee for their engineer to survey and specify the installation, we then had to pay, in advance for the work being done, and were given a basic specification of the work. Eight weeks later they finally send their installation company to do the work but they couldnât complete the installation because this hadnât been specified properly. We now donât have a fireplace which was removed, a wall that needs plastering and no Salamander to heat the living room. Leroy Merlin take your money and then leave you to sort out their problem.”
