“the reason i purchased my pool table from liberty games was due to them being local to me and the good reviews with how they constantly keep you updated, but to be honest thats not what i got, they did not have the table in epsom, this is delivered from up north, i have paid now so i will roll with it, i was not kept updated, i had to make contact myself on a number of occasions, was also told by the delivery company that they might not be able to deliver within the time period, but if i pay an extra £750 they will make a special delivery just for me, no thanks, please dont take my feedback as a negative, this is just the experience I had, other than that everything was great in the end, rob from liberty games would get back to me straight away and was always very helpful, steve from the delivery company was a nice guy and also very helpful, the installation team were fab and on time, really nice guys who know their stuff, pool table is lovely. all in all, I'm really happy and would definitely use liberty games again, and i highly recommend them, thanks paul”
