firstly ordered a pool table from liberty, was advised 2-4 days delivery on their site, got an email next day saying the couriers (Furdeco) had been in contact to arrange a delivery date, which they hadn't, a week passed and contacted liberty and was told the couriers were very hard to get hold of but they would try. Didnt hear anything from anyone so next day i sat in a hold queue (110!) with the couriers before getting cut off when i was next caller, few days later finally receieved a txt message advising delivery would be in a day or two, this was after 9 days with no communications from Furdeco or Liberty, after this table was delivered as promised with no other issues. Then ordered a virtual pinball machine, searched around and LIberty were best price and, crucially this time, delivered by DHL next day, fantastic. However when assembling I noticed the pinball glass was really dirty and smeared on the inside (!?), thought about returning but was worried about further hassle so dissassembled and cleaned thoroughly, fine now but not great experience really

Order placed on Jan 5 and was told a 12-16 week wait for pool table to be built, was offered an in-stock one but it wasn’t to my choice. Ordered a number of items as well as the table and everything else was delivered well beforehand. Communication was good regarding delivery of table and was initially told a date of May 11 which was outside of 16 week promised date. However got a call out of blue from Steve to say table would be delivered and fitted on 22 April. This was also confirmed the day before by Steve in a phone call. The day of fitting came and drivers arrived on the time they said but unbeknown to them the wrong colour table legs had been supplied and was for another order the following day. They could therefore not fit table and had to leave on floor and promised that Steve would ring with a solution. He duly did later in the day apologising for the error and promised they would be delivered and fitted the following week when fitters would be in my area. Not ideal for me personally but was impressed with how he acted to sort the error. As I write this I havent had the legs delivered (as only yesterday) but my initial dealings with Steve I have no doubt he will deliver as promised. My rating as OK is due to the error, but mistakes do happen and I was the unfortunate one on this occasion. Would have been excellent otherwise. Would I use liberty games again ? Probably.👍

Liberty Games did all they could to help. The problem was with the carrier DHL. Bob was very helpful in chasing the carrier. The goods arrived late and the carton was badly ripped. Fortunately the cue case was not damaged.

Bought a table top table tennis table. Ordering was easy, and delivery prompt and when they said. Delivery driver took the heavy package all the way to where I wanted it. Only issue is the spring loaded net on the table isn't very rigid and leans in quite a bit where stretched across!

Love the table. Delivery was NOT good. One guy walked off as it needed to go the end of the garden in our cabin and said it was too difficult. The other man needed the assistance of my husband and 2 sons. I found the one delivery man rude and would never want him delivering anything to me again. Thank goodness for the one man who knew what he was doing. It would be good to hear from Liberty games as I think they should know about their couriers.

The ordering and delivery process was a bit disappointing. The website should be improved to clearly state & stress clearly the company doesn’t recommend putting some products anywhere but a ground floor. We ordered and basically received a call explaining it can’t go where we’d planned, all of that could be explained on their website and saved me the hassle. This necessitated changing the type of table to a smaller one, and as I’d purchased a load of accessories separately (balls, snooker cues, cover etc all of that was now ‘too big). The delivery window was not met, and I think maybe they forgot us, because once I chased them (after 2 weeks of radio silence), they gave me a delivery window just a few days away. The couriers were not professional, not unfriendly, just a couple of likely lads in a beat up van, with no handbrake so they had to roll it against a wall in the street LOL (it’s hilly where we are). The 6’ pool/air hockey flip table I ended up with needed to be carried upstairs , but their delivery guys wouldn’t do it,(and we were informed they wouldn’t so no surprise there).. so I had to pay another £90 to have a local moving company move it for me (literally done in two minutes). We weren’t in a hot hurry, so none of this really mattered, everyone I spoke with or communicated with at Liberty was good, just let down by their cheap shipping, processes and website info: so easy to fix. The product is fun , was easy to assemble and although hard to level it’s good enough for family fun. It’s not meant to be a serious pool table, but it’s good enough to have competitive games with my teens and overall we think it’s a great family fun product and will be worth the money.

Good service, only issue was a half inch chip along the top outer edge of the pool table, probably damaged in transit as there was a torn, bashed edge of the packaging

Table plays very fast, balls also don't always run true, curve towards the edges when played slowly.

Happy with my product and arrived within reasonable time but the overall experience was far from ideal as they also added my email to someone else's order by mistake which led to me being hounded by UPS with countless emails. More care needed when processing orders.

First table was faulty & the delivery men were on point lovely guys. They took into consideration i had just decorated & were very mindful of this whilst bringing the table in and assembling it. They were extreemly polite. A time & date was arranged to change the table due to the first one being faulty. The second table was delivered the delivery men were not as polite as the first ones, they walked mud & pushed the dirty trolley wheels on my new cream carpet & didnt seem to care, at one point they said they wouldnt be able to assemble the table because me sofa was in the way, but i didnt have a sofa when the first table was delivered so if they didnt deliver a faulty table the sofas would not of been an issue because i ordered the table knowing i had the room before i ordered the sofas. You pay £100 for them to assemble your item which does not include the benches & the table top holders but this isnt stated. They were easy enough to put up but £100 is alot of money to just put up a table. The table comes with alot of packaging which you have to dispose of it yourself & because i was delivered a faulty table i had to dispose of two sets of packaging which really got on my nerves. The table is lovely but if i could of ordered from somewhere else with less trouble i would of.

Liberty games as a company are amazing! I ordered having never heard of them before, and their communication was outstanding with emails at every stage. We needed a replacement part, and they were mega! Answered the phone promptly and I had a part sent out the next day, no quibble. Thank you!

The tip should be better than what the cue came with. But overall is ok. I got my cue on time and the package is lovely.
