“We have purchased a table tennis table as well as a pool and air hockey multi table. Both our experiences have been positive. Good up dates on our orders from despatch to arranging delivery. We had an issue with the multi table as it had arrived damaged and Jake’s customer service was brilliant and a solution quickly found.”

“Very poor customer service. Pool table was delayed by several weeks. Delivery date came and went with no contact from Liberty Games. Took me to call them to find out what was going on to get the problem resolved.”

“High end pool table purchased which was presented as in stock. Not yet received after almost 2 weeks. Contacted Liberty by phone chasing and was promised a call back. It never happened! very dissapointed.”

“Terrible service. When spending such a large amount of money you except someone to tell you something, anything, but zero contact. Order was late but I had to contact them to find out what was happening. Zero customer service. Most informative person was the delivery contact, but again when they missed the scheduled time to install the table, I had to call them and find out where the table was, no word from them. The table arrived with two noticeable chips and a broken pool cue. They did replace the cue and the top as per my warrantee. The order was to be delivered in August, it was completed in October. When I tried to review, these went missing but Liberty Games (Jade) contacted me. Something wrong there. Please do not use Liberty Games.”

We do hope that the complimentary set of pool balls we sent you goes some way to lessen the inconvenience.
