“The table is good quality and the staff have been really friendly throughout but the wait of four and a half months is long. The company did warn me it could be six months before I placed an order.”

“Received the product on time. It is easy to fix. It is good fun . The package looked as if it was a returned item but nothing was missing. The table is a bit taller than a normal dining table.”

“Good product. The let down however was with the delivery service. One guy with an 86KG product that says on the box needs two people. The box had no protective covering. As it was one guy, I had to either 1) reject delivery or 2) help carry it which was very difficult. He also had no PPE which was a shame.”

“The pool table is great- although I was sent the wrong colour first time it was soon rectified- when the correct table got delivered the balls were wrong- you were very helpful and sent out the correct ball numbers- unfortunately these were the wrong size but all sorted now”

“Happy with the product and Liberty games, not so happy with their delivery company. Box was badly batter and the light I ordered not I the manner I would expect. I managed to bend the light back into shape ok though.”

“the table was 6 weeks late arriving and poor communication or none really from the office keeping me updated. i had to ring joe and ask where it was rather than being informed.installation guys were very nice and kept things tidy even though they arrived late. overall though very pleased with the table , just the staff should communicate better as a note.”

“The table is good but the packaging was absolutely filthy, there were numerous blotches of bird poo on the box and one big spot was even taped over to try and hide it! Many of the table parts were also very dusty when I unboxed them.”

“Good product but couple of niggles - one foot has a split where the leveller is situated and there was one washer missing. The delivery was timely but the people delivering it were struggling to find our address and to communicate once at the house - didn’t speak just left the table !”
