“Beautiful table but problems with workmanship/ finishing - one corner of the pool table (see picture) has folds on lining - the 2 table was tops overlapping at a meeting/middle point and not symmetrical to the base”

“Really good service u til it came to delivery. Got a call saying Monday delivery, website said Friday - I emailed Liberty games who informed me it would be Monday and it’s an estimated date on the website. It turned up on the Friday.... this meant I had to scramble around for someone to be in (got a call 50 min before) product fine price fine....”

“Whilst the table delivered was as expected and so far has stood up well to numerous games and use as a table, I found the description wasn't particularly clear on the fact that the table top is simply two pieces of wood which sit on top - no connections in anyway to line it up / hold it in place / join the two pieces. Fortunately, due to the size/weight it usually sits OK and is usable. My particular gripe with my order for the table itself was that I paid the extra £100 for the installation option, however the table was positioned in the wrong place (after being instructed twice) and not leveled. A partial refund was provided, but it shouldn't have come to that. All in all, I am happy with the purchase but prospective buyers it is worth noting the above.”

“Using the website was fine, but as often is the case getting orders sent to Northern Ireland proved to be not straight forward. The £15 cost for this seems a lot when the rest of the UK enjoys free P&P. Emails sent to deal with the extra cost etc were not sufficiently specific so wasted time on a time critical order. The goods were delivered on time by the carrier but missed a deadline, which was irritating.”

“Item was ordered in error...thought the response came across as a bit condecending and was going to be charged £20 for returning it....considering i have also purchased a large and more expensive item at the same time...i thiught some latitude would be offered here...but this was not the case....i have ordered the original item from elswhere now”

“Website is easy to navigate and explanatory. Would like to see more variations of images based on what a customer chooses. i.e. combinations of table and cloth on pooltables. Other than that, great site!”
