“Early days - very good on delivery side and easy to put together the table so no issues there at all; a few very minor scuffs on the framing of it but the cloth / cushions all ok so thats the main thing; first thoughts are - need new cues and ball set and hoping the cushions are not a bit dead/slow! Only just set it up and started to use and it needs time to bed in and get played on properly”

“Delivery men were polite & swift with assembly of the pool/ dining table. Extremely early delivery time of 6am ( because I wasn't in their local vicinity) was willing to accept as I didnt have much choice in the matter. Hard to stomach though when the 7ft pool table packaging wasn't removed ( against company policy apparently, even though I'd paid £90 for assembly which took all of 20 minutes). Really difficult to dispose of a box & packaging of that size, have no car & way too big (even when compressed) to fit it in a wheelie bin. Will take months to get rid of ...considering its a bi-monthly refuse service. Shame.”

“Table itself is absolutely beautiful and we are so pleased with it - accessories a little cheap. We purchased alternatives once received. Customer service received prior to ordering was amazing! I had lots of questions and the help I received was superb. The delivery sadly was the worst part of the process. An abrasive man calls to talk you through the process then the team deliver it, leave it ‘sort of assembled’ and leave after a short time. An expensive, and quite disappointing.”

“Had a couple of issues arranging a suitable delivery date (they initially tried to deliver earlier than the website suggested which didn’t work for me) but once resolved, and, to be fair, Liberty Games were very responsive, the delivery guys were courteous and helpful. The product (pool table) is good and I am pleased with it. The extras (eg the table cover and the stand for the cues) are not of the highest quality.”

“The game is superb and thankfully we had lads on hand to help with Notting the lift and then level it after the delivery guys left. They were total jobs worths and refused to take up in the lift, were reluctant to assemble (even though it was paid for) didn’t take the packaging and never left it level (being the whole point of the game). The game however is great and cannot be faulted. Sad that you are let down by idiots. Sack em or get another firm. I will think twice about further purchases.”

“Very fast delivery, seems like a good quality product only reason for the 3 star is I recieved a email about checking the item as soon as it arrived so any damages can be rectified by christmas. I did as instructed and noticed the laminate had started peeling on the side. Emailed the customer service about it and i have zero response.”

“Hi, I ordered a white lincs pool table , the person who delt with the sale over the phone was well mannered and helpful. I received my large package promptly. The delivery guys were helpful nothing was a problem they brought the large heavy box containing our new white lincs pool table and put it where we asked, inside our home . This pool table is now all wrapped up and at a friend's house has its too large to hide in our home. We haven't checked the contents has yet this will be on Christmas day when our friends deliver it back to our home. I sure everything will be okay and feel confident Liberty Games will look after us if any thing is a miss. Kind Regards. Mrs Bond.”

“The sales service was good. The delivery guys were also very good, great service, called me 30mins before the delivery. They even helped me get the table into the house. I did pay for the installation, a considerable sum I thought, but went with it. The guys would be experienced etc. Turns out the delivery guys did the installation they don't get paid any extra so the installation consists of putting the legs on. I did the rest myself. Bit disappointing really, I wouldn't have paid the £100 installation fee if I'd been told on the phone.”

“Hi I received the item. The reason for okay review is because one of the 2 halves of the table tennis top has come slightly curved and it doesn’t line up properly in the middle where the net is placed!”

“The pool table is great, just as advertised..the delivery,when it happened was top notch..managed to get through small rooms in my flat into my store room. However it took 2and a half weeks and alot of phonecalls and reorganizing of delivery days before it came.”

“Delivery was fine once we managed to get it arranged, the delivery company used by Liberty did not communicate at all and we had to phone Liberty to get a date for delivery. Communication from Liberty was good and they were very helpful with the delivery issue. We are a hospital taking delivery of a pool table which is why the delivery dates and times needed to be organised to minimise disruption to the ward.”

“Item arrived we packaged and in working condition which is great to see. I did however pay for next day delivery and it arrived a day late. I also never received a phone call from the courier even though wad told on delivery instructions I would get one.”

“We ordered in good time for Christmas, but I had to chase weekly for any update on delivery. In the end liberty sorted out a special courier which was fantastic and the games table we ordered is fantastic. Better updates on delivery dates would have gained more stars.”
