“delivery was prompt and kept informed of delivery time were unable to put where we wanted but did get it in the house outer box was damaged but was told its well packed. Not true as we do have a damaged outer side panel. Table works fine and our children love it”

“We are really happy with the Strikeworth multi-game pool, air hockey and table tennis table which is great and of good quality. However, the delivery company was poor, it took over 3 weeks from ordering the games table to its arrival and when it did come they just left the table leaning against the front of the house without knocking or telling us they had arrived..... It's a good job it was a dry day and not raining...”

“Customer service and delivery was excellent. Table looks super smart and is a nice size for a family. Unfortunately, a few issues - two marks on the baize where presumably the strapping was., a small chip in the top of the table which I’ve sanded down and repainted and the holes for the bottom sides were nowhere near where they should have been so I had to create my own.”

“Took about two and a half weeks to arrive Thought it was going to be stronger than it is ! Don’t think it’s worth £500 tho Maybe half that price really would be enough to pay I would not recommend to friends to buy ! It’s a good item but could be so much better”

“Table leg is damaged. Information booklet for building the table is very brief. Delivery was difficult as the drivers couldn't move the table!”

“I am really pleased overall with the table but the quality isn’t what I had hoped. There are scuffs and dents in the wood and the overall workmanship is disappointing (each leg has small black marks where the fixings are coming through. And the seams are rough. I have emailed the company and am awaiting a response. Will update accordingly”

“If you don’t lift the table to move it the legs move they dont lock in properly. And i cant understand why the top cover comes in 2 parts and not one. Its got a lip now where ones higher than the other”

“The table is working well but the construction instructions were very inadequately. It gave no list of parts in the package.. There were no details of where the round headed or flat headed screws should go and I have a number of each left over. Otherwise very good.”

“I booked a 7ft pool table move with Liberty Games. The cost £600. Two Liberty Games team members attended to my needs. They were very good and polite. But, it took them 40 mins maximum - I don't think this represents good value for money. The service was good, but the cost is disproportionate. When booking you are not made aware of the detail of the timing involved. I feel a bit misled.”

“Item I chose had a lead time of 4 to 6 weeks this was delayed by another 6 weeks but was not informed. I had to chase it up myself by emailing constantly to liberty games to finally get an answer for expectant delivery”
