“The sales service was good. The delivery guys were also very good, great service, called me 30mins before the delivery. They even helped me get the table into the house. I did pay for the installation, a considerable sum I thought, but went with it. The guys would be experienced etc. Turns out the delivery guys did the installation they don't get paid any extra so the installation consists of putting the legs on. I did the rest myself. Bit disappointing really, I wouldn't have paid the £100 installation fee if I'd been told on the phone.”

“Great communication from the customer service team on the status of my order. Delivery was on time and the delivery driver was friendly and helpful. Love the product, good quality, easy to set up, good padding on the bottom to prevent scratches to the dining table. The table halves are quite heavy and will need two people to take down and set up to avoid damage to the table or furniture.”
