“The one thing I found that could be improved is you regular updates via e mail. It keeps updating about all the parts of the order, most of which don't concern me as virtually all parts of the order were being delivered in one go by your company. if you could just let customers know ONLY when the whole order is ready to be delivered rather that the update of all various parts it would save a huge number of e mails.”

“Excellent communication from confirming order to delivery, delivery company that was used also kept me informed from contacting me the day before delivery with a time slot to calling me on the day when I was next on their list for delivery. The table we ordered was pool, table tennis and turned into a table. Easy to follow instructions: This is very heavy and will need more than one person to lift up to standing position. This is a nice piece of furniture and everyone who has called in have said how nice it is and the quality of it. I was recommended this company from my son who also ordered a table and I can say I would absolutely recommend this company for its products and customer service”
