“Hi, I'm a returning customer of Libery Games having previously bought a Micro Pinball from them a couple of years back. I've just taken delivery of an Addams Family 4K machine and sadly I had a problem with the left flipper failing after a few days. However, Liberty Games customer support got on the case and shipped me a replacement machine in less than a week even before the faulty machine had been returned. Liberty Games should be congratulated on providing excellent customer service. In particular Jake and Angel were brilliant at keeping me informed and making all the arrangements to swap out the machine in double quick time. I'm pleased to report that after 3 days with the replacement machine all is well and working fine. 10 out of 10 to Liberty for getting customer service right which is so often lacking today with many companies and organisations. I don't normally fill out feedback but Liberty deserve special effort for how they dealt with the issue quickly without fuss and to my satisfaction. 👏”

“The set up is a great concept although I feel there should be locating pins where the two halves meet just to give the set up a bit more rigidity or an underside countersunk slide in bracket arrangement across the connecting two halves but what do I know - just a thought.”
