“the site is nice a easy to look at what you want the check out is really easy, the details after purchase for the delivery is excellent, i had a number of reassuring emails, i had a number of calls keeping me updated with delivery too. On the delivery day i had a call 30 mins before arrival. the delivery men were very friendly and proffessional.”

“Purchased Proline Chic 6ft pool table. Pre-delivery updates were first class. On assembly, two manufacturing problems noted, (1) one leg long bolt was unthreaded, (2) one leg bracing piece had veneer 'splitting' at a connection lug. Lived near Epsom so I took to HO for replacements. No problem, immediate attention with replacements, happy customer !”
