“Product very good,but sales team not,I was told 1 to 9 days delivery,I got it 30 days after buying the product and only just before Xmas,was told a few porky pies”

“Delivery was much slower than stated on the website. Stated 5-10 working days but took over 20, hence the 3 stars. No communication from Liberty to update so had to chase multiple times.”

“Relatively quick dispatch considering it was just before xmas, there was quite a delay between getting a dispatch email and hearing from the delivery company so i emailed Liberty Games for an update but got no response which was a little disappointing. I rang the delivery company direct in the end and they were great.”

“We ordered in good time for Christmas, but I had to chase weekly for any update on delivery. In the end liberty sorted out a special courier which was fantastic and the games table we ordered is fantastic. Better updates on delivery dates would have gained more stars.”
