“A great website and ordering process. Coding different packages to suit what I wanted and a good preview option to see what my exact table would look like was instrumental in me ordering from them. That, plus all of the great reviews so far!”

“The pool table is fabulous and so were the two guys who delivered it, they really went the extra mile and gave additional advice. My only feedback for the team is regarding the distribution person who arranges delivery. The guy that called (maybe Steve?) to arrange the origianl delivery called whilst I was on holiday and pushed me to try to deliver it which was impossible as I was overseas. It felt like an inconvienece to him, saying if if that date doesnt week it could take another four weeks. I found this approach rude and not very customercenric.”
