“I’m happy with the overall service provided by Liberty Games. Our Strikeworth pool table was delivered yesterday and we are looking forward to having the family around at the weekend for a mini tournament! Unfortunately there were a couple of niggles. One of the cue tips arrived damaged and the triangle was slightly too large for the balls that came with the table. These problems were however were immediately resolved by the Liberty customer’s service team who dealt with everything professionally and without question.”

“This is my second purchase from Liberty Games. I recieved the same excellent customer experience as with my first purcahse - a high quality product and good updates as to when the product will be delivered and personalised calls to explain progress - yes, I spoke to a real person, more than once! The only reason that I haven't scored this as 5 stars is because it took quite a while for the product to be delviered. This is due ot the fact that you are working with a real business and so they have to manage deliveries to locations in batches to make it efficient for them, which is also good for the environment, by the way! Personally, I think that the delay is a price worth paying to support a UK business that really cares about customer service.”

“Absolutely amazing service, was advertised as 2-4 weeks delivery.. came in 5 days.. delivery guys were friendly and knowledgeable, the pool table was up and ready in 25 minutes.. highly recommended!”

“The table is great and we love it .. the downside was that they can to install it and all the rubbish was left behind. I would feel it’s their responsibility to take all the packaging rubbish and also clean the area as it was so dirty”
