“Brilliant service. I ordered the wrong size item and realised straight away, so emailed. I received a response- on a Sunday no less. in under an hour. On Monday they sorted everything out with no fuss. Delivery day the delivery team texted and then rang to advise on their ETA. Item came well packed and no damage at all, which for such a big item, surprised us. Fantastic from start to finish- cant recommend highly enough.”
