“The whole process was quick and easy. Jack the installer was excellent. He had an apprentice with him and he was brilliant at explaining patiently how the table went together. Very impressed and he is an asset to the firm.”

“From order to delivery Liberty Games were very helpful. They answered questions quickly before my purchase and kept me fully informed about progress on my order. My Fussball table was easy to assemble and now has pride of place in the garden. Time will tell if it truly is UK weatherproof!”

“From order to delivery all notifications received in a timely manner. Very easy ordering process. Grandsons Xmas gift of 6’ x 3’ snooker/pool table delivered this afternoon. Packaging all in good order and safely stored by delivery crew in a dry safe place away from nosy grandsons! Too heavy for me to open and check contents so will leave unopened until Christmas Eve when I will have strong men here to open and assemble ready for Christmas morning. Will write another review once opened and constructed to give a complete overview of the table, balls etc.”

“Absolutely exceptional customer service from start to finish - the best I have had ordering a product online (& I order a lot). Steve couldn't have been any more personable and communicative through the process, ensuring that I was well informed of the delivery dates/time as well as guidance on where best placed to set up the table (where to break from). The two gentlemen (Andy & Joe?? Lads from Coventry) delivering the table were also fantastically courteous and professional. Both were careful with product (heavy pool table) and surroundings. I was provided a comprehensive overview of the product and how best to maintain it. Icing on the cake.. the pool table is outstanding. A thoroughly brilliant experience end to end and I would highly recommend Liberty Games and their products.”
