“Love the table. Delivery was NOT good. One guy walked off as it needed to go the end of the garden in our cabin and said it was too difficult. The other man needed the assistance of my husband and 2 sons. I found the one delivery man rude and would never want him delivering anything to me again. Thank goodness for the one man who knew what he was doing. It would be good to hear from Liberty games as I think they should know about their couriers.”

“Perfect service. Was messaged when I ordered to make sure everything was good with what I ordered, then contacted the week before to say it was off the production line, a couple days before to let me know the day it would arrive, then the day before with a 2 hour time slot. The guys who delivered it were brilliant. Super helpful and friendly, knew exactly what they were doing.”

“I didn’t realise how tough it would be choosing a table but liberty games were so helpful and gave great guidance without any hard push to sell as I was checking a few suppliers. I couldn’t be happier with product !”

“Well the product is great, and was the best price I could find; I would certainly recommend the installation for safety reasons (the slate bed is 300 pounds) and to avoid damaging your investment, plus the extra freebies are a bonus. The delivery team were polite and professional, and respected me and my property 100% The only minus was I had only one chalk instead of two, but they are only pennies, so no fuss. I would buy again from Liberty Games, even the logistics manager (Steve) was a pleasure to talk to. Well done all, a great 60th birthday present to myself.”

“i thought the office team in epsom were very helpful and helped choose the right pool table for us and the guys delivering and setting up arrived when i was told they would and were quick, proffessional and tidy. The only issue i had was the transport guy managing the deliveries talked too much.”
