Since joining Liberty Health Share almost 4 years ago I have had only positive experiences with their personal Customer Service and appropriate and timely reimbursement and/or coverage of my medical expenses- for half the monthly premium of any other Insurance company! I was prayed for by a rep prior to surgery, and another shout out to the caring time Shawn spent helping me request reimbursement! I wish I knew about LHS years ago!!

Simple, rationale, affordable, and makes the best sense for me since I am a healthy individual. Overall, I spend what I should on my healthcare expenses as a result of sharing through this ministry.

There are not enough words to even come close to explain what a life saver LHS has been to my family. We have been members for several years. It's one of those things you just dont think about. Then the day come that you get that dreaded not-so-great dr report. LHS reps have prayed with us, cried with us, encouraged us and stood with us during a very hard season. From the bottom of our hearts we say "Thank you!".

Liberty Health Share was there when I needed them. They even called me to check on me when I had been in the hospital. I can't say "Thank You" enough for their ministry. Every person I have talked with, including Chris today, has been caring and understanding. Thank you Liberty Health Share and God Bless you.

I like Liberty HealthShare. They fill a significant gap in the medical health "insurance" industry. They have reasonable health care premiums. And if issues arise, they are willing to balance the needs of the members and the pools. These are difficult decisions and it is good to see them step up to maintain sustainability of the HealthShare.

Liberty Health Share is terrific. From the day I applied in 2013, every person I’ve dealt with has been competent, friendly, and helpful. My husband and I have been blessed with good health, but the few times we’ve needed assistance, Liberty Health Share was readily accepted by the medical provider and we were satisfied with the amount LHS provided on our behalf. This is a wonderful organization.

We are very pleased with Liberty HealthShare. We have been members for 3yrs now and anytime we call with any questions their representatives are awesome to work with....friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and we appreciate it so much. The newsletters and email communication has been much better over the last year as well. We are very grateful for this ministry and share program.

I spoke with Stefanie in Member Services and she went above and beyond for me. She did a three-way call to the provider to assist with one of my bills and we were able to get things settled. She was very efficient and got straight to the point. It was truly a pleasure to speak with her and she showed that great customer service is not dead!

Kurt did an great job of explaining everything. I am so excited about the changes at Liberty Healthshare! They are doing exceptional work and I feel like they are doing everything they can to reduce the back log.

I had the most amazing experience when I spoke with Charnele today. She was very nice and she helped me with some things that I had no idea about. I did not know how to submit bills or how to use the share box and Charnele was very patient and knowledgeable when she showed me. Thank you Charnele! – Yoliver

I had the best customer service today when I spoke with Bryan. He went above and beyond in assisting me! I rate his work as exceptional! He was very seamless and got through all 15 bills. I am very satisfied with the level of service I received!

I had an exceptional call with Jeremy. He thoroughly explained to me what a balance bill was and was able to provide me with accurate information on what I should do if I receive any balance bills in the future.

Loris went above and beyond! She assisted me with one of my bills and was so patient and thorough. She made sure she educated me on how to handle any issues and provided me with information required to proceed with submitting any bill that I may have in the future. She was great!

Liberty Healthshare has been FABULOUS. I am a very healthy person and always have been, but this year I got slammed with rotator cuff surgery and the long painful recovery that goes along with it. All of my doctors and therapists have been able to bill Liberty with no problem. Yes, you do need to be monitoring your share box to see when things are being processed, but every time I have called customer service for questions it has been a very pleasant experience. The experience with Liberty has been far superior to what we used to have to endure with Blue Cross or Providence. After we met our Annual Unshared Amount this year, everything has been covered. Liberty has been a Godsend for us and I have told everyone I know about it.

I LOVE Liberty HealthShare. Let me first state, I am a financial advisor and insurance agent that specializes in health coverage for all ages. When I heard about LHS 3 years ago from friends, I looked into it and said to myself "now this is how insurance should work". I signed up and immediately saved 30% on my premium from my existing ACA plan. I only have a $500 deductible, then 100% coverage. To me, the best part is their in house service. I can call and talk to someone during the week. I can send questions via email and they actually respond quickly. These are real people, with real feelings and compassion. They definitely found their "Calling". Some times, when you go to a provider that does not have a billing agreement with LHS, you can either have them sign one or you can do it the way we used to years ago. Have the Provider send the bill to LHS, they will then contact your provider and work on the billing.LHS will then let you know your portion of the bill. They are very good about this. I highly recommend LHS to anyone under 65 years old.

Liberty just cut me a check directly to cover a $2100 anesthesiologist bill for a surgery 9 days ago. Anesthesiologist office was being a jerk about demanding up front payment. They only notified me a day before my surgery. I was about to cancel surgery, but Liberty stepped in and saved the surgery by making a special arrangement with the anesthesiologist office. I'm telling you, if you have a problem, CALL John in their special projects (see ph number above in my earlier review) group and he gets it solved quickly!!!! Liberty is turning the corner. Great people.
