“The technician Tristan was professional and on time . The Company is a total rip off i needed 2 toilet replace and 1 shut off valve in my bathrooms. I was purchasing my own toilets, the technician had someone on the speaker phone this is the person who give the prices after the technician tells him what needs to be done after he inspected home, I was quoted a price of $3400. This price is INSANE!! he proceeded to tell me I can open up an account and pay no interest for 12 months Maybe because I’m a woman he think I don’t have a brain, I stated absolutely NOT! I got a follow up phone call the next day about opening an account
I stated absolutely NOT!! I Ask to speak with the owner of Lickety Split he stated he will deliver the massage and someone will call me, that never happened.

“I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want to throw your money away. I had them come out and perform my annual AC tune. I articulated to them that my son's room and my office were much warmer than the rest of our home. Their service manager reached out and said that I didn't have new ductwork to fix my problem. It would cost me $15,000. In the midst of it all, they fell through my ceiling. However, there was no change in the temperature in my office or my son's bedroom. I spoke with the project manager, Andrew Johnson, who reassured me that they would see this through and fix the problem and he would come out personally. This never happened, I called again and I was pushed to voice mail. I'm now in the process of hiring an attorney. If you would like this sort of problems call them.”
“Where do I start? As a property manager I am always looking for reliable and trust worthy vendors. I prefer to support small and local businesses when I can. That is why I called LS. The first 'red flag' was a quote I received for a condo association gave an option of a 12 month payment term option. After hiring them to do the work, I was informed that wasn't applicable to this job.
Then I referred them to my friend that had a small plumbing issue, they tried to upsale her on a water softner and when she politely declined .. They hung up on her and drove off without fixing her problem and keeping her $100 fee for coming to her house.
To be fair, when the owner Tom Nolan was contacted, they offered to refund her on the condition she give them a 5 star review! She said they can keep her money ..
