alone. It did not take long to get the information. Within 20 minutes they had a truck at my home to help me. The tech Derrick had analyzed and stopped the water. He called for parts which he ordered and scheduled to come back at 8 in the morning for the repair. Chris came as planned and the repair was done. Communication from the office was just as awesome as the repair. I was advised every step of the way. The gentleman were the most kind of anyone I have ever done business with. They were my angels. “We love the atmosphere and the flavors are amazing. Although, when we go out for ice cream we don’t go back to places that give you tiny portions. For the price the kiddie (4.00), was smaller than a Dixie cup amount. Others in group got smalls and mediums, and those were all about the average size of a kiddie. The ice cream was delicious and the kids love the fun atmosphere but because of the portion size for the expense, we won’t go back.”
“Where do I start? As a property manager I am always looking for reliable and trust worthy vendors. I prefer to support small and local businesses when I can. That is why I called LS. The first 'red flag' was a quote I received for a condo association gave an option of a 12 month payment term option. After hiring them to do the work, I was informed that wasn't applicable to this job.
Then I referred them to my friend that had a small plumbing issue, they tried to upsale her on a water softner and when she politely declined .. They hung up on her and drove off without fixing her problem and keeping her $100 fee for coming to her house.
To be fair, when the owner Tom Nolan was contacted, they offered to refund her on the condition she give them a 5 star review! She said they can keep her money ..
