The order never was delivered
The delivery man says he calls the phone and doesn't answer, so he says he left it in a safe place at the door
At the hotel reception they have not left anything, not even at any door, no one has seen anyone from Lieferando
No missed calls on the phone
The order must be personally delivered and a code must be requested to validate the delivery
Finally, evidence must be presented that Lieferando has attempted to make the delivery, if it is not false
A solution must be offered, such as where to pick up the food, at what door or restaurant
Lieferando does not refund, does not inform where the food is, nothing, it is a big scam
40€ lost, no food, no attention to offer solutions, terrible service, scam

Es ist unmöglich, die Bestellung an der Hotelzimmertür abzugeben, da eine Karte erforderlich ist, um einzusteigen. Es ist unmöglich, das Paket an einem sicheren Ort abzulegen und nicht zu sagen, wo dieser Ort ist, wenn sie neben dem Hotel nichts über das Paket oder einen Zusteller wissen. Es ist unmöglich für McDonald's zu sagen, dass diese Bestellung nicht von dort stammt und der Lieferant sie dort abgeholt hat. Es ist unmöglich, dass Sie angerufen haben, wenn keine verpassten Anrufe angezeigt werden. Kurz gesagt, es ist alles gefälscht, ein Betrug, denn wenn das Paket sicher ist, verschwindet es nicht, oder? Wenn es verschwindet, ist es kein sicherer Ort mehr, oder?”
“Worst service ever. I ordered food from them and I never got it delivered. The app support team is refusing to own any responsibility for their mistake and is refusing to refund my money back. Now I am stuck without any food and all the restaurants are closed. AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS !! They are cheaters!”

Today I ordered, and after some time later ~20min got a call from deliveryman asking my address(which is weird) and asked me to text it to him. After ~8/9 min it does show order delivered. When I tried to clarify it with the customer service, they just replied "Sorry, your order was cancelled, you will receive money back within 3 days(wonder why not 30) and 10% voucher expiring in 1 week :) ).”
“Horrible service. They take your money, they say your order is delivered eventhough it is not delivered! When you try to reach them noone replies! You pay for the food which is not delivered, you stay hungry and you do not know what went wrong and still do not get your money back!”
“I received spoiled food from Ben & Bahar and got no response to my calls or emails. Lieferando refuses to help as well. Terrible service from both the restaurant and the platform.”
“Absolutely terrible service. I have over 2 years of disappointments with Liferando where fast food from 1 - 1.5 km distance in non-peak hours takes minimum 90 minutes. I got used to slow delivery only to occasionally wait for several hours with the max. 4h (the same distance). Lately, I have not even received my order and I got no refund! Customer support is slow, unprofessional and does not resolve anything. AVOID AT ALL COST!”
“Worst service ever.
Ordered food which was supposed to be delivered in 40-50 mins according to the app. I used their FoodTracker to follow the order, and close to 40 mins, the countdown timer for ETA randomly added 30 mins. Called the restaurant and they said the food is ready and waiting to be collected by the rider. Eventually it arrived 90 mins after the order, while it was sat in th restaurant, getting cold for over 1hr.
Sent the order back and requested refund, but their support say (I quote) "Unfortunately, we can not refund the money without the agreement of the restaurant, because the purchase contract is between the restaurant and you and we act in this case only as an intermediary, which transmits the order. Therefore, as my colleague has already told you, I would ask you to contact the restaurant directly in order to find a good solution for both parties."
I had already spoken to the restaurant and they said it was the rider who didn't come to pick it up. So clearly Lieferando is in breach of contract.
Do yourselves a favour and find another service to get your food delivered.”
“Their service is good. They are connected to various Restaurants so the customer has many choices. While booking the food they show estimated delivery time and after the booking in confirmation message they provide the estimated delivery time.”
