On my last order, I received 3 emails between ordering and receipt in the US, which provided tracking information and updates telling me when I might expect to receive the dress I ordered.

I ordered one blouse and the size was true to US sizes and the color and fabric were beautiful, I’ve gotten many compliments.
My only complaint is the shipping time is really slow but I expected that so I was not disappointed there.

“I knew when I ordered it would take about three weeks as it comes from China and has to go thru customs. I was happy with most of the merchandise but be sure to order a size up, then run small.”
“If you need instant gratification, this is not the site for you. However, if you are willing to wait, it's great. Unlike other reviewers experiences, the dress I purchased looks exactly like the picture and was of quality construction. What a great item for the price! The white blouse that I was afraid would be too see-through is fantastic. I only took one star off due to the sleeves of the blouse being a little to snug for my taste, but my husband says they don't look too tight.
To be fair, their shipping policy is very clear. I ordered on August 10th and was told I'd receive my items by September 10th. Sadly, that was too late to wear the dress to a wedding on the 8th like I'd planned. However, I received my order on September 6th, just in time for the wedding!”

“I ordered a top from Liligal and then read the reviews and was dreading what would arrive. I tried to cancel the order but that was complicated so hoped for the best and my top arrived today slightly later than expected as I paid extra for faster delivery, but liligal emailed me to let me know it would be slightly delayed. I ordered XXL but the top is about three sizes too small but saying that the quality is fine and the top looks just as advertised. I am happy to keep it and look forward to the day I can wear it :)”

“Ordered 3 bathing suits, paid extra to receive items before a certain date. Came day after scheduled. Then had to return one bathing suit. Was charged $11 to mail back. Never received a refund, been waiting since 9/12/19. On 10/9 tried to sign into website to see why I hadn't received a refund and the site will not allow me to sign in!”
“It took over a month to get everything even tho it says 3-5 delivery days! Still missing one of the tops and when I email them, numerous times, they only send me all tracking numbers, written in a foreign language. I’m not even going to try to get a refund and I’ll never shop with them again.”
“Living in the United Kingdom this site has recently landed on our shores, like our cousins in USA, I ordered not expecting much and what I got was poor quality clothing in a size which is not true, the photos on the site are misleading if you want quality clothing shop elsewhere, you are paying a lot for very little.”
“I suppose that I shouldn't expect so much from a company thinks that a reindeer is an elk, but I took a chance. I believe that this Chinese company waits until it receives an order before it makes the clothing. It took weeks for the shirt to arrive. Although the website advertises it as Spandex/polyester, the shirt label lists it as cotton/polyester. Believe me, there is no cotton in this fabric. However, I am surprised that the shirt fits me well, and is kind of cute. I'll wear it for the holiday once or twice. You get what you pay for, just not very quickly. Don't expect customer service.”
“Ordered 3 sweaters. Two arrived in 3 weeks. 3rd is backordered. You won't receive this information when you order. Expect a long wait. The styles are cute & I ordered larger since I like roomy sweaters. They don't fit quite right but I can make it work. One was supposed to be gray and it's brown. I like the color so am keeping. The fabric is a polished knit, though, and not a wool like material that I expected. Again, it will have to work, as there is no way to communicate except through emails and they don't answer any questions. They do post the tracking, though, so you can see how slow your package is moving. By the time I get the 4th, it will be about 2 months post order. No invoice or return info with package and no label of any kind on sweaters. I won't order again. It's like a mystery package from China. It might as well be on the moon.”
“I've ordered from Liligal twice. After the first, I swore I wouldn't again but their clothes are so cute in the pictures. The biggest problem I have is the inconsistency in sizing. Of the four shirts I've ordered in size XL, 2 fit great. The other 2 were easily two sizes two small. I also have a problem with their fabrics. Polyester covers a broad range -- from clothing that feels good and wears well to the less expensive polyesters, almost acetate that actually smell. I've had to wash Lilygal before wearing because of the odor (and also my hopes it would turn into a nicer feeling product). I have not returned anything to Lilygal. The return postage, the time lag, and the fact Lilygal deposits refunds into a Lilygal "wallet" and you have to ask to have it returned, makes it not worth the trouble. Expect the Goodwill aisles to fill up with Lilygal products.”
“Be very aware of 2 things before you order from this website: #1 Their sizing is totally 'off' from anything you might buy elsewhere. Be prepared to exchange your purchase at least once. #2 Be prepared to wait....and wait.....and wait for your purchase. It literally must come on a 'slow boat from China' where they're located. It will take at least 3 weeks. And when you need to exchange something, sending it back due to sizing wasn't an issue as it goes to an address in the U.S., however the replacement item ships, once again, from China.....and takes FOREVER. While their styles are rather fun and their prices are excellent, the fabrics, sizing and shipping issues are substandard and VERY frustrating.....and they take the fun out of buying clothing. Save your money and shop elsewhere reputable.....liligal isn't worth it.”
