Most every time I have ordered something there are billing issues. Three times I have went ahead and paid the bill and months later I receive a refund for over payment. It’s been going on for over four years. Im done with this company.

This company is unequivocally fraudulent. Despite my insurance company fully covering the cost of the supplies, Lencare proceeded to charge my credit card. Upon contacting them, they acknowledged their error and assured me of a refund, yet it remains elusive. Despite countless attempts to rectify the situation, their promises ring hollow. This is a clear case of deceit; steer clear of Lencare.

RYAN WARREN WAS OUR SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AND HE DID AN AMAZING JOB. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY WELL,AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS. HE WAS EXTREMELY PATIENT AND IT WAS EASY TO FOLLOW HIS INSTRUCTIONS; NOT AN EASY FEAT WHEN THE CLIENT IS 77 YEARS OLD! THANK YOU,RYAN
