I have to tell you Brittany from Visalia Lincare is such a gem!!! I wish all the people I had to deal with were as kind, understanding and patient as she is. In addition she is very knowledgeable about the equipment and insurance questions. What's really refreshing is if she by chance doesn't know the answer she doesn't guess, she will research the answer to give the pt the most up to date information available. She should train all the people who answer your phones, you would have a lot less stressed out people for sure! She is a 10 ⭐ rep in my book and a true breath of fresh air to my whole customer service experience!!!
