“Not happy with a repair to an e collar last fall and how your customer service handled the issue ! Went straight too sport dog and had the issue resolved in less than 7 days. Still purchase from you but will go straight to sport dog in the future. Like your products and inventory.”

“great company and great products love my bird bag and bird launcher works so great. one thing that kept a 5 star review is the shipping options to Canada. i got absolutely annihilated by Fed Ex over 15 dollars in fees. but overall great product.”

“I've ordered these collars before. Very satisfied with them. On the 1st one, I wasn't smart enough to begin a 2-line name then phone # on the 2nd line to center it on the name plate. I finally figured that out.”
