“If there was another star for "excellent", I'd check it. Order fulfillment on in-stock items is super fast. They are always willing and patient to advise by phone. I recently contacted them about replacing my dogs' GPS collars and they suggested I first send in the old collars for a free reprogramming. I did pay shipping charges each way. The system now works fine. - David”
