“Gotta be honest I don’t normally write anything positive. Most don’t. It’s just human nature but Lion Country Supply has absolutely stepped up in a super timely manner, to rectify an issue that had nothing to do with them. I’ll be looking to them first from now on. One of the best customer service companies around imo.”

“Every time I have trouble with my electric collars fir my dogs I call your customer service line. Over the years the gentleman in that department could not be nor knowledgeable,professional,and helpful. On occasion they have determined I needed a new battery or I purchased the wrong battery and have patiently helped me install it over the phone. They are 5 star helpful fir everything!”
