I had ordered from LCS twice previously; no problems. The third time, however was quite a different experience. I ordered a Pheasant/Duck Carrying Cage. It has a sliding door on top. It sticks, horribly you have to jerk on it repeatedly to get it to open, and then...WHAM! Knuckle crusher!! I thought I could adjust my tugging, but no different outcome. After the third time, I decided to call LCS. The guy who answered said, "Yeah, there arent a lot of suppliers for those. The sliding doors never work right. But you can just not shut the door all the way (Kind of defeats the purpose). But the good thing is that it still works when it's muddy." So, they KNOW they are selling a defective product. No offer to try to correct this situation. So, I'm out $90. But they will lose way more than than that on me.

Terrible. Shipping to canada was outrageous. Tried to support a local business instead of amazon and got screwed by all the import charges and taxes. Will never do it again.

Took four emails and three phone calls until I was able to comminuted with someone. No one ever contacted me. I had to keep trying. You do not offer free returns.

I tried to return a hoodie that was the wrong size . I sent it back for a new one , never heard anything back . I called to speak to someone who was so rude that I said the hell with it .

The dog vest I purchased cut a nasty gash in my dog's right armpit. The seam was almost sharp. The inner seam where it contacts the dog needs to be lined with a soft sheep skin-like fabric to eliminate chafing. I am concerned some other dog will be injured from using this product. Bill Burhans

Bought "o" rings for dog training gun. Picture showed 4, got 2 and cost me a bunch for shipping compared to item price. Complained and thought we had worked out an arrangement. Never received extra "o " rings

I’ve called, I’ve emailed, never received a response. The product sold does not fit my starter pistol.. I’m stuck with useless product and no customer support. Dissatisfied to say the least. I doubt you’ll read or respond to this as well.

The tone and vibration work fine however the “shock “ intensity on the highest level is barely noticed by our puppy.

I have not received the item that was ordered. I did get an email asking how I liked the item. I contacted your company and was told that it hadn't shipped and blamed the delay on RuffLand, the manufacturer. Now you ask my opinion? Either ship the crate or refund the purchase price. I had another vendor I could have purchased from but I decided to order through you. BAD DECISION!!! I will NEVER order from this company again. HORRIBLE customer service.

The holster I received was poorly made, three snaps broke the second time I used it. I did not return it because the effort was more than the holster was worth

I bought two collars that did not have a ring by the clasp , for tags etc.The collars are useless for me.I emailed customer service on the email link provided but never heard back..I have used both Lion Country and Gun Dog as vendors over the years for all sorts of purchased for my dogs This is a little thing but attention to detail matters.I guess I will just stay on the Gun Dog page

How did you do at what specifically? I had to return an item that cost me 6.95 for you to ship to me to begin with. I got my return auth and put my item in the exact same box, took it to ups and they said $59 to ship. I called lcs and spoke with Amy who then transferred me to someone in shipping and was told you don’t pay for return shipping. She finally agreed to send me a return label but said she would still deduct 25$ from the return. I asked to speak with someone who might be interested in keeping my business with you and she said she was the manager in shipping and she could address it. I’m assuming it didn’t go any further than that. Lesson learned. After I use what is left from the return I’ll look elsewhere to spend my money. The blank pistol I ordered on a separate order misfired 2x in competition. Great product. I’d return that but your shipping makes that prohibitive.
