“I spoke with a rep named Randy. he was beyond helpful in assisting me with my new Sport Dog collar. he was patient enough with me and my old school way of thinking and walked me through every single step I needed to get the collar to work with my old transmitter. In fact, when I had a problem and called back the week after I received the collar for tech support, Randy actually answered the phone! And once again he was able to assist me to the point where I felt totally comfortable on my own. Wish I could remember his last name. He did say he was from PA. Anyway, Lion Country has been good to me. I have no complaints, only high praise. Thank you. Ralph G. Fatello Hampton, NH”

“The collar is top shelf but my information that was stamped on the brass tag is not very clear. It needs to be punched harder like the brass tags I have purchased in the past.”
