“Good product and good service, with a very prompt dispatch and delivery to NZ. My only criticism would be that I didn't feel the goods were best packed so as to minimise freight to NZ, resulting in a freight component considerably more than the cost of the goods. From other import experiences this could have been avoided (I don't want to pay freight on a box full of plastic air bubbles!). That said, I'll be using Lion again soon so will see if this aspect can be improved upon”

“I've always found the customer services staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would prefer if there wasn't a minimum order of £50 for moulding as I sometimes only need one length.”

“Lion offered some parts that were hard to find elsewhere, and their selection of other parts was impressive. Their sales staff were very helpful and easily contactable via telephone. As a new client and this was an initial order and everything was setup and dispatched quickly.”
