“I had some difficulty finding the Sea Lion Double Sided Mount Film in the online catalogue at first. I emailed and was told that you no longer did it. I almost bought some direct from Zenith. But then I tried again on the online catalogue and found it . It came very promptly so I am very pleased. And thank you for the paper catalogues, much easier to find things in.”

“Staff on the phone approachable and helpful as can be but... the online ordering service I feel needs to be modified or clarified. When orderning moulding by Quick Order, the quanitity is presented as per metre. This would imply you can order 1, 2 3 etc metres and online it does calculate accordingly. And charge. There is no clear indication at this juncture that this quantity will be rounded to the nearest length. Also one of the lengths received was noticeably bent. Why sent? Thumbs down.”
