"First off I will say I should\u2019ve done my part and looked at the return policy before ordering from a foreign company. The only reason I was comfortable ordering is because I ordered from one of the sister companies and had no issue. However, this company is a complete fraud. They don\u2019t disclose that the shipping time is 2+ months, now anyone with a little one knows that it is highly possible that your child\u2019s foot is in a whole other size within that time frame. And if one of your orders is shipping from the states they will HOLD that until the other one is ready. Red flag 1...then they have no representatives to speak to via phone which is red flag 2...and of course you cannot cancel the order or get a refund. \r\n\r\n So I proceed to wait for the order only to not even have an update 2 months later. Then when you check the \u201ctracking\u201d all they do is refresh the date to make it seem like you are supposed to receive it that day. So when you reach out for an update all they say is \u201cour records indicate that you SHOULD have received your order.\u201d Smart idea but joke\u2019s on them because I screen shotted the delivery update every time they tried to do this and sent it to my bank to dispute. So I am kind of glad I had to correspond with them via email because I had proof of them giving me the run around. After I called them on their BS and advised them that I am aware of what they were doing and that they wouldn\u2019t get away with it (at least not with me) they stopped corresponding with me (LOL). My bank gave me my money back immediately with no questions asked. Although the amount wasn\u2019t much the principle of it is why I went so hard for them. Imagine how rich they are getting off of us just paying \u201cshipping\u201d and not really sending people anything. Never again will I purchase anything from those \u201ccoupons\u201d. "

"Who ever is writing positive reviews is prob the company themselves. This company claims to be out of the states but it's from China. They sent me the wrong shoe size then asked me to send a picture of the shoes to which I did and they told me they were correct. They also tried saying you need to measure the shoes in cm and compare it to the size chart which does not have any cm measurements. They never say any where that they are coming for China. You won't find this out until you pay $20 for shipping and wait 3 months for the product. I ordered a size 2T and they gave me a size 2(12-15 months) and told me I received the correct size!!!"
