A friend gave us the "gift card" for this and a bunch of other products. Our hospital also gave us a "gift card." Seems great, like I could buy $120 worth of shoes for my twins. Even at $30 a pair that's two sets of shoes I didn't have to pay for. But the "gift card" can't be combined with the free shipping offer or the other gift card. So I ordered one set of shoes and paid a stupid amount of money for shipping two light pairs of tennis shoes that fit in my mailbox and came in an envelope. Threw the other gift card away. Don't think it was with the time or cost of shipping. The shoes look quite large for the size they claim to be. Now this morning they texted me and asked me to review on Facebook.

I received one of their gift cards from my doctors office and was excited to order some shoes for my baby. Upon visiting the website I quickly found that many of the shoes that I wanted to order were already sold out, but I found 2 pairs that were decently cute. They cost $30 each, and I had a $60 gift card. I was thinking $30 was a little steep for some baby shoes but since I had the gift card I thought why not? I saw they had a code for free shipping so I had intended on using the code, however the website said you cannot use the code along with a gift card, and shipping was calculated at $20 along with the shipping security fee of $1 (which I chose to get so that there wouldn't be any discrepancies with my order). I would expect shipping to cost no more than $5 for the light weight of these shoes. I went ahead and placed the order, and I got an email confirmation of my order but no tracking information for shipping. A week passed and still nothing, so I decided to call their customer service number (which has no agents available) and it said my order was going to be shipped the following day. I sent them an email as well to ensure that they know I am still awaiting the tracking information. The next day I got an email response with the information for shipping, and the shoes arrived about another week after that. They are cute shoes, but very cheap seeming in quality, and not worth $30 each in my opinion.

I got those free coupons when I left the hospital (does anyone shop there otherwise?). I decided I liked the look of a couple pairs and ordered, with the out of pocket being around $20 CAD. They got "shipped" right away but the tracking number wasn't uploaded. After a few days I asked customer service about it. They claimed that "the number only activated when it crossed the border" and that they were coming from the US. The estimated arrival date was Oct 20 - Dec 5. They arrived Dec 7, the day I planned to call my credit card company. The tracking number was never uploaded and the shipping label says they came from Missassauga, Ontario (which is just a couple of hours from me). The shoes themselves are okay. They look exactly like the photos but the moccasins have a rough texture and the loafers have a plastic feel. They are large enough that they'll fit my child soon but not quite yet. Overall, they probably are worth $10 each including shipping, but not $40 each which they make you believe you're getting.

The quality of the shoes are really really poor. Not worth full price at 29.99 per pair. Trust me and others on here. I only bought it because of the $60 off coupon from motherly and used it to order three pairs. The only positive thing about it is that the delivery date went smoothly, arrived in 21 days.

Bad customer service. But just to clarify...it’s not entirely their fault. Their product is actually shipped from China. Now because of covid-19 restrictions, mostly all packages coming out of China have been held/suspended.

The shoes are cute! However, it took an entire month to be delivered because it was shipped directly from China. The website made it seem like this is a company from a mom in Utah. But the fact that the shoes comes directly from China seems misleading. I thought they’d be made and shipped from Utah. But again the shoes are cute! Since babies grow quickly, so buy the shoes a size up to allow time for international delivery.

The quality was disappointing. I got 2 pairs for my just starting to walk baby. The canvas sneakers and the "leather" moccasins. The sneakers are currently holding up ok. But after a couple of years the moccasins are starting to fall apart. Not worth almost $30/pair
