I used to love the dessert shop but the quality has really gone down. They have considerably reduce the size of the pancakes and its just not worse paying over £9 for . I thought it was just an Individual shop but I know tried both shops in Wolverhampton and the sloppy standards are the same . Shame it was really good at one time a couple of years ago but i cant justify paying that much for a dessert of such poor standards 😔

Revived my cookie dough very cold with ice cream melted. After I’d finished the shop called me and asked how it was I told her it was cold she said “we’ll send another out” I said no it’s fine then went on to tell me to give them a 6 star review laughing to her colleagues in the background. I then said okay send me another never received won’t be ordering again

Awful service from beginning to end at the Cardiff franchise. We first ordered a dessert platter and there was 4 people, they gave us only 2 plates, had to request more plates, the cutlery was dirty,so had to request for this to be changed. There was a hair found in one of the waffles..the unicorn dream waffle had hardly any cotton candy on it either. The hot chocolate was made with instant powder, not the standard you expect from this place to be honest!

I ordered a dessert from here and it was literally disgusting because it arrived late and was stone cold. Before I could even cancel the order. I waited 2 hours and the waffle wasn’t even warm. Will not be ordering again
