“Ordered a dessert online they didn’t have a delivery driver so called to cancel. After 2 weeks I’m still waiting for my money to be returned to me.”

“Delivery was said to be 40 mins but took well over an hour Order came wrong Order was freezing when it turned up Ice cream was completely melted Not impressed at all!!”

“Absolutely horrendous staff, never in my life experience such terrible service and various threats including smashing my face, I left that shop fearing for my life and I was then followed by the staff and owner to my car who recorded myself and my 7 year old daughter and our car reg and threatened to find my car and smash it up. Luckily I recorded their threats aswell as them following us which I have now passed to West Mercia Police and I will be pressing charges. Note to owners : recording someone isn't an offence however threatening someone is, for future reference.”

“Customer service at Birmingham is very poor. They gave me a wrong cake. When l returned it, they gave me the right one and asked to put my card at the counter. I thought they were going to refund the extra money l paid. When l checked the bank statement l realised they charged for returned food. They are cheating.”

“I hardly see anyone in this shop but do like my deserts. Went in today waited several mins and was told my order of chocolate cake which was in the menu was not in stock. What a basic choc cake not in stock in a desert restaurant!!! Iv looked at reviews and find the positive ones very suspicious as this one person shop with hardly any custom matched the reviews. Very disappointed!!”

“In the Birmingham shop, they sent my food to the wrong table, the customers daughter ate some of it before realising it wasn't what she has ordered. They then took it away and 2 minutes later tried to give me the same plate of food. Lucky for me there where only 2 tables in the shop with people sat at them, so I could see what was going on behind counter and could see they hadn't made a fresh crepe. When I accused them of what had gone on,they didn't deny it, just offered to make a fresh one. Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. I'm guessing none of the staff have a hygiene certificate.”

“(Baring in mind I have dessert franchise experience) 1. Stingy. 2. Dirty kitchen when I got there. 3. They prescoop the ice cream so it’s rock hard in the freezer for an undisclosed amount of time…4. Wanted me to be honest with them but couldn’t handle the truth. 5. Disguised old mushy fruit in smoothies. Then fired me for having a higher standard than them. They would make me mop the entire place except from the most filthy walked through section, then they would walk over the freshly mopped floor like it’s nothing. Training was way below par. They just got random employees to briefly demonstrate simple sh*t instead of being precise on how much specifically for their brand etc. No standards and wouldn’t eat there after what I’ve seen in the kitchen. Burton on Trent franchise is stingy, has no public toilet or staff room. They also act like it’s McDonald’s in there, WHY are you rushing when you only have two orders?!! Cutting strawberries on dirty surfaces…the strawberries bless them…clearly a few days old…I know they don’t cater to allergies but if you thought it was safe to order something with fruit cause it won’t have bits of anything else just be aware. I’ve seen everything on that surface and they don’t even clean it as they go…I knew they were unprofessional when they replied to my job application at 1AM.”

“Be aware, when they deliver late, the ice cream is like water and the hot waffles are cold. I have tried to contact but to no avail. Even just eat said the money should be refunded but they won’t. A very expensive lesson after a 2hour wait for the delivery, as all the food was inedible. Will be avoiding in future!”

“Very disappointed. As they have have poor management and don’t look after their staff properly. They take you on a week trial and get rid of you and bring on new people as they have done this to me and many other people.”

“First and last time I ever buy anything from this shop I sent my daughter in for 2 slushy drinks and they charged her £10.50 so I went in and complained about the price the girl behind the counter just shrugged her shoulders and said in a very rude way that's the price and its not me who makes the prices its daylight robbery and a rip off I'll never go there again thieves 😤😤”

“Little Dessert Shop Bloxwich, absolutely disgusting avoid at all costs. Biscoff cookie dough complete with a huge hair 🤮 Got the original order wrong then replaced it with this!!! I called and spoke to the manager who was not even apologetic 🤬”

“The worst mojito, sorry not even mojito, some dead flat juice, had i known, I wouldn’t have waited almost half hour, i would have bought a juice from Tesco, just another fancy looking place with dead drinks I don’t know where all these 5 stars are coming from, what a joke.”

“Burton on trent little dessert shop The manager is an arrogant and very rude Staff give false statements I have had issues with this restaurant and they cannot stand to get bad reviews when they give their customers bad experience, my sister ordered from their place directly from their Website and they cancelled the order and she rang the restaurant for a refund and they said you need to contact the Head office and they will refund you as we cannot help out. My sister emailed them several times and they still not refunded her and not even emailed back and she rang the restaurant again and the manager said I cannot help you. I have had issues with this restaurant when the order has not been right And been telling the staff on few odd occasions. Once they gave me and sent me the wrong order through just eat and I made a complaint and the restaurant had to refund me. And just eat apologised from the restaurant behalf that it won't happen again. So after forgive and forgetting everything I offered again and the manager started to kick off with me saying we are getting bad reviews because of you, and I said your getting bad reviews due to your lack of in experienced staff and he was really rude and said do not order from here if you are complaining. And I told him straight you need to accept what you do wrong and first you eat other peoples money and when you have to refund the customer you cannot stand that Absolutely poor service would not recommend you this restaurant at all to anyone as you will regret it”

“I ordered through deliveroo and was informed driver on the way with order, payment taken but I did not receive my order. When I tried to ring and speak to the manager at the little dessert shop I was told she was too busy. Do not use!”
