“Very disappointed. As they have have poor management and don’t look after their staff properly. They take you on a week trial and get rid of you and bring on new people as they have done this to me and many other people.”

“Never order from here. Placed an order and ended up having to wait two hours for the wrong food with items missing. Tried calling, emailing and messaging the restaurant and received no response. Feels like we’ve been completely scammed out of £25.”

“Went to the Wolverhampton branch with a group of friends and couldn't the food. Atmosphere was brilliant and the staff were exceptional.”

“Maria, from the Crewe branch was so helpful and accommodating to assist with an issue with a delivery via Uber Ear. We phoned up the shop and spoke to Maria. She was very understanding and guided us to Just Eat for delivery . She was so helpful and our food arrived after her help . If you have staff rewards or celebrations, she deserves it . Without her i wouldn't have used your company again”

“In the Birmingham shop, they sent my food to the wrong table, the customers daughter ate some of it before realising it wasn't what she has ordered. They then took it away and 2 minutes later tried to give me the same plate of food. Lucky for me there where only 2 tables in the shop with people sat at them, so I could see what was going on behind counter and could see they hadn't made a fresh crepe. When I accused them of what had gone on,they didn't deny it, just offered to make a fresh one. Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. I'm guessing none of the staff have a hygiene certificate.”

“(Baring in mind I have dessert franchise experience) 1. Stingy. 2. Dirty kitchen when I got there. 3. They prescoop the ice cream so it’s rock hard in the freezer for an undisclosed amount of time…4. Wanted me to be honest with them but couldn’t handle the truth. 5. Disguised old mushy fruit in smoothies. Then fired me for having a higher standard than them. They would make me mop the entire place except from the most filthy walked through section, then they would walk over the freshly mopped floor like it’s nothing. Training was way below par. They just got random employees to briefly demonstrate simple sh*t instead of being precise on how much specifically for their brand etc. No standards and wouldn’t eat there after what I’ve seen in the kitchen. Burton on Trent franchise is stingy, has no public toilet or staff room. They also act like it’s McDonald’s in there, WHY are you rushing when you only have two orders?!! Cutting strawberries on dirty surfaces…the strawberries bless them…clearly a few days old…I know they don’t cater to allergies but if you thought it was safe to order something with fruit cause it won’t have bits of anything else just be aware. I’ve seen everything on that surface and they don’t even clean it as they go…I knew they were unprofessional when they replied to my job application at 1AM.”

“Little Dessert Shop Bloxwich, absolutely disgusting avoid at all costs. Biscoff cookie dough complete with a huge hair 🤮 Got the original order wrong then replaced it with this!!! I called and spoke to the manager who was not even apologetic 🤬”

“All of our food was really tasty - we had crepes, waffles and a cookie dough which all came very quickly. Our server was called Devy and she was very helpful ensuring we were all enjoying our food and didn’t need anything. Would recommend.”

“All i can say is W T F cheesecake was like it just landed in the box from a parachute sweaty like it come out oven and made me wait 45 minutes after time given for delivery called them up to see where it was and twice they said its was on the way i think the diver went to kfc for her dinner or something i will not it be going back thats for sure”

“Do you not do a minus rate? Shocking company. How they treat their staff is disgusting. Emailed and got no reply. Avoid there are better dessert shops. Do not support sexual harassment and bullying.”
