FIRST I WANT TO SAY, DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS THEY ARE SCAMS. I have purchased something, and I have been left with over an hour of waiting for my key. Any websites would just instantly give it to you and send it within the next 5 minutes. Your bank automatically checks it and asks for confirmation that the app asks to confirm or reject. However livecards made me wait, and the assistant "help" named Anna, was extremely UNHELPFUL. I really wonder how people could do such things, I'm currently investigating all this with my bank and getting them to refund me, as well getting the company to give me a refund before it really goes bad. I now have been transferred to "order processes team" as stated by Anna, she said Just to add the next quoted message was What is that suppose to mean? I believe nobody should buy from here and I learnt that I rather spend 10-30 more than on this horrible website which is really outrageous. I recommend to anyone DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. Go to G2A, Eneba and CDKeys, the most trustworthy and definitely not scams, they'll help you, refund you and it's a 5 minutes or less to get your key. BE SAFE DO NOT USE LIVECARD.

I strongly advise potential buyers to explore alternative key sites to avoid falling victim. My experience with LiveCards has been nothing short of a scam, and I hope others can learn from my feedback. I've had a very bad experience with LiveCards that has compelled me to share my story to caution potential buyers. I purchased an Elden Ring Deluxe Worldwide CD Key as advertised on their store page. However, upon completing the purchase, I received an invoice stating that the key was only valid for EU activation. Being in the UK, I immediately recognized that this would not work with my Steam application. The key, when received 40 minutes later, proved to be unactivatable. Seeking a resolution, I contacted LiveCards customer service for a refund. My interactions were primarily with Martin.S and Anna from their customer service team. They requested screenshots, including the key entry into the Steam redemption field, the associated error message, and details of my Steam account purchases. Having promptly provided the requested information, including an additional screenshot of the misleading product advertisement on their webpage, LiveCards responded with a vague assurance: "Please give us at least 48-72 hours. Rest assured that we will email you after the given time." After the specified time frame passed with no communication, I inquired about the status of my case. Their response was a disheartening: "We've initiated an inquiry with our supplier to resolve this issue and are awaiting their response." ALMOST THREE WEEKS LATER, they claimed they had yet to receive a response from their supplier, leaving me in a frustrating and unresolved situation. In an attempt to gain clarity, I called their customer service. When questioning the expected timeframe for their supplier's response, I was met with a dismissive "Sorry, we are unable to provide you with this information." As if it's some kind of company secret. My requests to speak with someone else knowledgeable about the matter were met with outright denial, leaving me without a refund and deeply disappointed with their service. In summary, LiveCards not only falsely advertised their product to me, which I have evidence of before they updated their webpage, but also failed to respond within their promised timeframe, and it has now been nearly three weeks without them following up with their supplier to resolve this issue. The uncooperative telephone assistant, coupled with the prolonged lack of resolution, has left me without a refund and deeply disappointed with their service. Please avoid this company at all cost.
