Extremely disappointed at the quality of the chair. It was delivered in reasonable time but not impressed with the chair itself

The chair leg has broken and I emailed to request a replacement leg and have had no response.

So far the product itself seems fine. However, there was no communication regarding delivery. I did not receive an email telling me the item had been dispatched. I also did not receive an email informing me of a delivery date, nor was I contacted by the delivery company telling me they were attempting delivery on the day. It was just luck that someone was at home to accept the delivery.

First windy day lots of the eyelets pulled out thought it would have been a bit more durable. Don't think I'd buy it again.

Large item arrived yesterday with no prior message of times. I live alone and up 2 flights of stairs and delivery driver said is not allowed to enter. Sadly could not accept delivery as had no way to get it up to my flat alone

First one came completely damaged they did send a replacement once I had sent photos but expected me to take the damaged one to the dump. The replacement arrived with small cosmetic damaged which I put up with because contacting them was a nightmare.

Fire is lovely and delivery was quick, however, wrong remote came with it. Have tried to contact home & living with no success. Still waiting on reply.

Nightmare to put together. Lots of little bits fiddly and frustrating. Found we needed more than two people when errecting the frame as very flimsy until fully built. Frame seems sturdy enough. Plastic panes seem very flimsy. Fingers crossed it makes it through the winter.

No notification of deliver date, half of the boxes were delivered on separate days. Advertised as including a floor but no floor include just a frame to raise a floor of the ground. Instructions are terrible, roof panel trim badly misaligned at corners

The chairs arrived promptly, well packaged, and lovely colours. One of the armchair has a small cut through on the top side of the chair. It's not big but noticeable. The only thing is that they are advertising as velvet but the fabric is plush. A bit different as expected. Thus only 2 stars ✨

Order not delivered so had to chase but they did manage to sort that eventually. Ring, don't bother with the contact page as they don't respond.

We ordered a folding beer table and two matching benches with back rests. The website said all products would come fully assembled, but when they arrived the benches needed drilling and screwing together. We did not have a drill ourselves so this was a real inconvenience. They also arrived pretty scratched up in the box, and also weren't varnished all over so we had to do this ourselves to ensure they were weatherproof. Overall we wouldn't bother ordering from Living and Home again.

I am sorry to say,that I was dissapointed with the product,the chair,itself looks good,but,if you look closley underneath,it is leaning to one side,I had to call an upholsterer in to help me construct it,the instructions where vague,quite honestley I am thinking of throwing it out, and buying another one, I think it was the way it was made,we could not remedy the lean,the sevice the fine,the product was not

Lovely velvet chair and footstool however footstool seems to have crack in plywood under material and padding: emailed them about this 3 times and have still not had a reply. Very poor after sales service! 👎🏻
