The £160 bathroom cabinet arrived on time and nowcustomer service are liaising with me about fault in line. The bathroom cabinet has a loud hum from mirror and shaver socket even when light not turned on, and I am requesting a refund. My electrician says it is faulty. I have lost trust with company as faulty. They have asked for video of hum, which i sent. Now they have suggested they give me £50 to repair. It started humming as soon as put up very recently by good electrician. They have said if faulty they will send another, but I don't want another. It should be working correctly from start. I want a refund now.

This would have been a 5 star review for the 5.8ft Steel Bin storage lockable garden storage shed but for 2 reason. The first is the shear number of screws required to put this storage unit together. Somewhere around 240**. Most have to be screwed in by hand as the metal is very thin so using an electric screw driver could result in a lot of stripped thread holes. Second is the drawings for each stage. The details can be hard to see resulting in me putting the rear brace bar in the wrong way up. A problem I only discovered when trying to attach the top. This problem was compounded by the top hinges being the wrong way around in the drawing and when installed as per the drawing the top does not lock. After a tinker and turning the hinges around I got the top in the correct position and top now locks. ** I said earlier on that you are looking at screwing in 240 screws by hand. With the removal and refitting of various parts you could be looking at 300 screws by hand. This can result in sore hands and sore joints. Final note added after the first rain. The top has no vent holes at the bottom to let the rain out so be prepared to spend some and additional time and money drilling a few holes sealing the inside of the top. Once completed and the added bits done the storage unit does what I wanted it to so I am happy with it overall.

The actual product was fine. The delivery service was atrocious!! Never turned up on the day they said, waited all day. Second attempt turned up with no notification and no online updates.

The item was delivered in a timely timeframe, however after sales customer service was poor, I attempted to contact you via message window on your site and also email and phone leaving voicemail with the requested details. No contact was attempted from yourself.

I would have given it a 5 star but after advertising that you get a free parasol heater with the purchase of a patio gas heater and it doesn’t arrive, then that’s the reason. As there’s no contact number just an email address, I’ve emailed them numerous times regarding this matter and no reply. Obviously the aftersales is very poor, have your money, send you your order or part of it in my case and that’s it😞

After fixing the awning and unwinding it for the first time, we noticed a small hole in the middle of the fabric, which allows light to come through. We emailed the company straight away, supplying pictures, but they have not replied.

i i purchest a awning but wasnt suitable for wot i needed when i wanted to return it i was not happy that it cost £50 for your courrier to collect

Instructions ok, don’t tighten the screws before everything’s in place, as nothing really lines up. Ensure you know what gas bottle is needed as it looks like 13kg when it’s actually 6kg. Looks fine when complete

Nice comfortable chair but the armrests could do with a little more padding my elbows leave an indent in the arm, a big downside with the tracking app showed my chair still in Manchester even though the delivery driver was at the door

Nice looking item but a couple of the red doors were bent, a few of the top grills were either bent or broken. It took a while to make hence why I am not sending it back ! Packaging needs to be better.

instructions leave a lot to be desired and the end product is not that great need 2 pairs of hands whole thing is pretty average not really worth the money
