The chair is absolutely perfect / but the delivery service this company use is absolutely useless! I would give the chair 5 stars but unfortunately the delivery service was absolutely useless!

Good table however setting us very hard and table is made flimsy can’t see lasting more that 1 years.

Product is good…. When it finally turned up. Said 3-5 day delivery. After 10 days I had to chase. Delivery company is useless no updates. Customers services just sent a generic email blaming the delivery company. When it turned up it had a giant boot print on the packaging so clearly don’t look after items but thankfully the item was ok and am pleased. So 5 star product, 1 star service, hence average rating, 3 stars.

Not much update about delivery etc, delivery company had a guy come on his way home (outwith delivery area as no deliveries to my area for the next 7 days). L+H said delivery within 3-7 days clearly without checking with delivery company. No updates if i hadn't phoned delivery company

Chair nice but an absolute nightmare to put together - instructions are nothing short of useless and had to resort to looking up a similar product on the Internet. If it wasn't going to cost me £60 to return it, I would.have sent it back. It took four hours to ge to resemble a chair- the arm pieces have yet to be fixed with screws - left them for another day to save our sanity - unless they are aligned in exactly the right place which has proved impossible so far they just go round in circles!

The fireplace arrived on time. It looks great but unfortunately when the heater is on its far too noisy and very off putting. I wasn’t aware of this until I turned it on to use.

I ordered 2 wing chairs in grey. They turned up and were pink. We kept them as a contrast. They are lovely chairs. We then ordered 2 more again in grey. Guess what they also turned up in pink.

Fire pit was damaged when it came due to the way it was handled by the delivery driver. But living & Home offered a to refund some of the money .So just have to repair it now .otherwise it’s a nice Looking fire pit and fits were it was bought for

To be honest, I hadn't read the reviews before I purchased two chairs from them and after trying to find the order details I started to worry as the information they email you with is pretty poor, but to be fair to them, within 4 days of placing the order they arrived !! The chairs look pretty good and I would say value for money, but there was no contact to say they would be arriving and no way of tracking them. I have allowed 3 stars purely on the fast delivery, but this company really, really need to up their game on customer service and providing information and updates.

I purchased the camping kitchen with sink and splash guard. I didn’t get notified that the order had been dispatched, there were no instructions in the box and when I opened it the work surface was scratched, dinted and looked like it was in used condition. I opened on the day I intended to use it so did not send it back but if I didn’t need it there and then I would have. At about £90 I would have expected a little better really. Having said this, it’s in use and works really well for storing all kitchen appliances and condiments.

Whilst the main parasol box was delivered quickly there was no indication that the base hadn’t been delivered. This wasn’t delivered until days later. No idea whether it was a delivery company error or some delay from Living and Home. Either way we were not kept informed and we were not able to put the parasol together until the height of the heatwave. The assembly instructions are terrible. Quite a lot of guessing involved. Then noticed that in less than a week from ordering from Living and Home they had dropped the price again nearly a £100. Our order had been a sale price. Quite annoying given what we’d been through.

Sofa seems fine. However despite emailing to say did not want delivery a particular week as away on holiday, it was delivered and just left on drive. Luckily my neighbours took it in for us otherwise it would have been very wet.

Armchair is lovely and just what we're after. Unfortunately we weren't impressed with the delivery. We didn't receive a dispatch email or any correspondence to say our chair was being delivered on a certain day, I did get an email after the chair had been left in our front yard during very heavy rainfall. Luckily we have very helpful neighbours who attempted to cover up the box with bin bags, and eventually took it into their home until we arrived back from work. The chair was undamaged in the box thankfully but if we had known it was going to be delivered on that day we could have made arrangements for someone to be at home.
