I won't be ordering from this company again. Never before have I experienced such difficulty in returning goods. They don't have any telephone and, once I had realised that the courier they told me was coming each day to collect the goods was never going to come, finding a contact name and address to return them myself proved difficult too. I finally managed to get the goods returned, even though even that has not been acknowledged, within the 30-day limit. Had I not I suspect I would have been told "sorry, no refund, you've had the goods for 30 days". I'm really surprised that B&Q use a company like this as an associate supplier.

Bought a dining table from living and home, it's broken when it arrived. Emailed customer service for a replacement, got a even table in even worse condition. The only positive thing is the customer service does respond, one reply per day though. But the quality of the product is appalling.

I bought a 3meter parasol. When it arrived the box was battered and had been opened as there was a new line of staples up the full length of the box. When we put it up we could see that the pole was dented and scratched. It obviously was a used returned item so therefore secondhand, not impressed. If I had bought it from B&Q I would have returned it to the store. This was a very large parcel and unfortunately buying online you have the inconvenience of packing it and then parcel it back to Living and Home. (Very inconvenient) good way of them getting rid of used items. I will buy straight from a high street store in the future even if it costs more. This item should have been checked over before being sent out

Very poorly finished, so much so that we had to repaint it. Would have sent the shed back but out of necessity needed to use it almost straight away. Would not purchase again from this company. Haven't contacted the company as I guess I won't get any further forward with them.

Bought a mini shed. To say poor quality would still too positive a comment for what arrived. It was broken in two places so requested a refund and collection. They did respond to my email immediatley and after several options to keep, partial refund or replace I eventually received a full refund. This particular item they do not collect so now have the pleasure of either a large bonfire - never a smart idea - or coughing up £40 for the Council to collect. Will not be using them again as wouldnt want to buy something else non- returnable.

The instructions were very unclear, felt like 3 steps forwards and 10 back. My dad is a joiner and struggled to figure it out, if you’re not handy don’t even bother. It was also covered in dents and scrapes before it was even taken out of the boxes. Once it’s finally together and minus the marks on it it’s a decent shed

I ordered 5 items..to me a large order. Other than the standard "thankyou for your purchase" I had no further communication re delivery. 1st item arrived with Yodel...2nd Item 2 days later by another delivery company and the 3 final items by another company. Apart from Yodel none of the delivery companies gave me prior warnings to delivery. Living and Home no communication whatsoever on when or how the deliveries to be made. I sent an email as to when and had no reply at all. Whilst the goods are great, I would NOT rate the company.

Fast delivery etc however, emailed about 5 times regarding having to return the item and there was no response to any of these. Still stuck with a fire thst needs to go back!!

Poor customer service, don’t answer the phones or return your calls after leaving a message, don’t reply to emails, as you can quests I did have a problem but as you couldn’t be bothered to reply to either phone calls or emails I’ve had to write this comment

Not arrived ! Purchased 17 July. Goods are stuck with XDP courier ! I’ve had several emails from Kelina - no joy yet. I can’t even talk to courier as they won’t speak to me ! Once hoods eventually arrive I can review ! Check your records please !

This sofa is most definitely not what was advertised on the website. It is most definitely not linen and it had several wear marks on the wooden legs, which makes me think it has been refurbished or it was a show piece. The assembly instructions were for an armchair, not this sofa and the screws were all wrong and I had to figure out what to screw where and with what. Paid £160 but honestly, far too much for what it is and how it arrived.

I ordered this bbq fire pit as it looked amazing … However when it came it I didn’t come with a griddle of which I believed it did (my fault) and also it was quite flimsy. I asked if I could send it back but it was going to be ££50 to send it back to them. So please watch out for the small print with the costs of returns. I decided I had to keep it at that.

Great price for the 4 piece Patio Lounge set. Over £100 cheaper than other suppliers. Delivery fairly prompt but the tracking times from the courier were miles out and resulted in us waiting in all day unnecessarily What was very disappointing is that 2 of the seat pieces were broken and the packaging had previously been un wrapped ( looking like it could have been a previous damaged return?) The communication and customer service has been good so far, but unfortunately we have to wait some time before replacement parts can be sent direct from the manufacturer, overseas. (If they actually arrive?) This has been very inconvenient as this set was shipped direct to our holiday home, 150 miles away from home, which we do not visit very frequently. We will now have to make a special trip to repair it when it eventually arrives.

Ordered 2 sets of patio furniture. Received half of one set and half of the other set. Refused to accept them and emailed customer service to advise. Thereafter there was a chain of emails and the person responding clearly did not understand what I had written. She kept asking me to return the furniture (that I had never accepted). As I was getting nowhere I tried calling customer service but got a message that said "we can't take your call right now" with no option to leave a message. I then emailed again to ask them to either provide another number or call me. Nobody responded to that at all. One day a delivery man turned up with the correct furniture. So, customer service is awful. Items seemed fine but was not purchased for myself so I can't really comment on the quality.
