I'm absolutely shocked by the purchase from this website, I thought I could rely on this site to deliver a good quality chair. The chair I purchased was held together by staples which after 2 months have all popped off the chair meaning the chair has come apart and unusable. I didn't receive a response from customer service after emailing twice and when I called to flag the disappointment I was told I had already been replied to (still yet to receive any emails). I was told nothing could be done about the chair as there was no warranty past 30 days. What company makes poorly manufactured chairs and can offer no service when they unsurprisingly break. As a gesture of good will I was offered a £5 discount which is actually a bit offensive after spending £100 on a chair that was poorly made and is unusable. I have declined the £5 discount as will not be purchasing from this company again.

We ordered what we thought was a 'widescreen' style wall- mounted fireplace. When it arrived the fireplace looked nothing like the picture - totally different dimensions from the picture on the website, and not what we wanted at all. We emailed to politely request a free return rather than the £45 charge as we had after all received the wrong fireplace. We attached side-by-side pictures of the very different listed and actual fireplaces. They would not accept that the fireplace we received was not what we tried to purchase. They eventually agreed, after many emails, to give us £10 off the return delivery, or 10% off the fire that we didn't want. We recommend that you DO NOT BUY anything from here, because if you have a problem with your order they will not care, and their lame offers to solve the issues are not worth the hassle. Rubbish customer service!

I ordered the Lounge Chair and Footstool in Blue but received a Sky Blue version. No one on your live chat, no phone number. My order number is 5325.

Received chairs today and the screws don’t allow you to match the holes in the chair The screws provided seem too short - it’s not what I expected at it stated partially assembled. Not sure how I am able to put this together on my own, with the above issues? Please help - I can provide photos if required

I purchased a pink office chair. But LivingandHome sent me an ottoman, totally off! Kiran was helpful and quick in coordinating redelivery. Second delivery was wrong again! A grey chair was sent. Out of frustration, I cancelled my order. Such a mess! Stay away!

I bought a 3meter parasol. When it arrived the box was battered and had been opened as there was a new line of staples up the full length of the box. When we put it up we could see that the pole was dented and scratched. It obviously was a used returned item so therefore secondhand, not impressed. If I had bought it from B&Q I would have returned it to the store. This was a very large parcel and unfortunately buying online you have the inconvenience of packing it and then parcel it back to Living and Home. (Very inconvenient) good way of them getting rid of used items. I will buy straight from a high street store in the future even if it costs more. This item should have been checked over before being sent out

I am really disappointed with this company. Would not recommend. Ordered a chair & no where were we asked about our location for extra delivery charge. Website state “ FREE UK Delivery within 3-7 days. After day 4 I contact & received an email asking for £67 delivery due to our location? Was told we should have received an email advising ( no email received). Rang customer service only to be told about the additional charge & that was it - even though the order confirmation even stared free delivery. There was not even an offer to negotiate a lesser delivery cost. A staff member called Jason really had a poor customer service WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY... SHOCKING SERVICE...

DO NOT TRUST! I wish I could give zero to this company. Never trust this company, the experience is terrible, this guys are blackmailing the customers to delete the bed reviews. I have placed an order in September 2020 and received just a part of it December. Since then I am sending emails to them in order to receive my refund and no answer. I have 429.92 euro in their account for several months and looks like they don’t care. Order no #ORD202037865 After I first posted this review they emailed me starting to come with excuses and then blackmailing me. I have all the emails with them. They said they will give me the money back if I delete my review. After that another 10 days without my money back. Some more excuses.

It's really nice for what I paid for. It was made in China but it still was really good quality. I really enjoy it. It's comfortable and huge for a 5 feet tall woman/110 lbs. I recommend it. My dogs like it as well.

Absolutely terrible customer service, shouldn't be allowed to be in business. More than happy to take your money and leave you high and dry. Product colour I received was different to the one on the website. Told the issue was with the 'warmth' of my lights and it would match in natural light... it didn't and I sent them a side by side photo to show this. I've received no response. Customer service is non-existent. Don't respond to emails, live chat, phone calls or Facebook messages. Literally left me with no way to resolve the problem.

Worse service ever! Chair not delivered. I chased a zillion times and got to known that i will have to wait for 2 months to get the chair. The company did not inform at first place. Utterly Bad customer service by Kenny Lam. As per him, it’s a huge favour to me that money is being refunded for the item that was not delivered. I bought matching curtains and asked for discount code on next purchase but looks like they dont want to do business a d are here only to cause inconvenience. Please DO NOT BUY from them.

UNABLE TO RETURN ITEMS I have been trying to get in contact with this company for over two weeks now. Their number is either always “busy” or unable to connect. Left numerous voice messages and emails, and not a single acknowledgement has been made. They were prompt in taking my money but now are unavailable to provide any customer service. Very unprofessional. I will now have to escalate this. What a shame. Save your money and keep away from this company.

This was the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I received an office chair which was of poor quality, I phoned, I emailed not only once but three times and got nowhere. I wanted to return the item and get a refund in full. Instead, I Received one reply via email suggesting that I should buy a pillow to make the seat more comfortable. I wanted to return the item and was offered a £15 token to keep the item that I actually truly didn’t want. As I was getting nowhere I reluctantly accepted but again he heard nothing. The customer service phone line is staffed by completely incompetent people who do not take it seriously at all. I would never ever buy from this company again.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The worst I have experienced in my life. I purchased a sideboard for £100 and asked when it would be deliver as it had been a week and I’d heard nothing. I was told the next day, then my money was refunded and I asked why. No one could tell me but that I’d be sent a sideboard and could pay on delivery. Then I was told there would be no delivery but that they were going to send a team to collect a sideboard from me!!! I never even recomieved one. Absolutely ridiculous and such a mess around. I got one from Argos in 2 hours and set it up in an hour. Will never use your stupid site again

We bought a chair and footstool. They emailed after we made the order to say they would let us know the estimated delivery date but never did. When the delivery driver DID arrive (without any advance notice of the delivery day) he refused was single crewed and the guy CLEARLY couldn't cope with the size and weight of the item but we were horrified to see him refuse to bring it inside and rudely just walk away leaving our brand new furniture on our drive in the rain! We emailed Living and Home who responded to say they would contact the delivery company and get back to us but, so far, not heard another word. Abominable service. No way we could ever buy anything from these guys again. Not at all what you'd expect from a company selling furniture.
