"Ordered a yellow rocking chair emailed company to request as early as delivery as possible as wasn\u2019t the option to choose next day delivery only 3-7 days\r\nI had a quick response to say they would do their best and advise the delivery company Yodel of our request for delivery asap \u2026 we ordered on Easter Thursday and chair was delivered in just two days on Easter Saturday ! Couldn\u2019t have asked for a more helpful or efficient service!\r\nChair is great too \u2026 easy and quick to assemble, very solid and looks good as in the pictures and descriptions!\r\nReally happy with this purchase!!"

"I bought a \"Wooden Base Home Office Chair Apartment Task Chair Pink Grey chair\". After about 6 months I noticed that the wheels had cracked and the chair was very difficult to move. After numerous emails they eventually agreed to send me replacement wheels. Then, after 1 year, the pneumatic riser on the chair failed. This time they refused to send a replacement. The chair is unusable because it's so low. Do not buy from this company, the products are poorly made and don't last."

"Upon arrival, I saw that the whole thing was FLAT PACKED. You have to bend the drawers into the right shape (not too difficult - be careful they could snap) and then use little metal tabs to secure them. I don't use it on wheels as I bought these drawers to sit my desktop PC on. It does the job well and is sturdy. \r\n\r\nThe instructions are really poor and you are left to figure out which bit goes where, to be honest. If they had put the usual - this part is 1 and goes into slot 1 it would be so much better.\r\n\r\nI can't complain, I do really like them and they have secured all my stuff and sits my PC on it."

"I'm a very experienced DIYer \/ Engineer and this took a couple of days to build. 2-3 hours is utterly untrue, I have built a smaller version of this type before and kinda knew what I was getting into. The instructions on the website which I printed and studied before the delivery do not match the instructions in the box. The instructions are vague enough to leave some doubt and a series of mistakes were made which need removing and replacing parts in correct place. Youj also need to budget for a floor, I used OSB 18mm. \r\nGood points: It's cheap, really cheap.\r\nBad points: made to a cost (really cheap), instructions are poor, as secure as a crisp packet."
