“First one came completely damaged they did send a replacement once I had sent photos but expected me to take the damaged one to the dump. The replacement arrived with small cosmetic damaged which I put up with because contacting them was a nightmare.”

“I was supposed to receive this product over a week ago. I have the insert sitting in my living room and the surround has still not been delivered. I have wasted a lot of time and effort trying to rearrange delivery - and it is still not here. Massive inconvenience!”
