“Well worth money - looks really good - super easy install in our media wall, 10/10 would recommend small issue its louder then i thought when on full power heating but not noticeable when watching film”

“While reading the horror stories of this site after I had ordered was not expecting much but can say was more than happy with my fireplace looks lovely up on the wall and not as loud as people has said yes there is a noise but is beatable.”

“I found an item on the Living and Home website that I needed to finish off my new bedroom decor (and the colour I wanted it in was £20-£30 cheaper than other colours advertised so an absolute bargain). However, I was very dubious about purchasing from this company due to the high volume of negative reviews on TrustPilot. My order arrived quickly but upon unpacking there was a small issue with it to which my heart sank as I then expected to get no response from Customer Services once I emailed them to report the issue. I was very pleasantly surprised. I received an almost immediate response by email, and they worked with me to resolve the issue very quickly. I was 100% satisfied with the outcome and very impressed with the Customer Service provided by Living and Home. My experience with them was excellent. Thank you!”

“Ordered and delivered before time.Three large boxes in all.Managed to get it up to head height before I needed help for the roof.Bit of patience required from there on,just read instructions well before you do each stage.Its now up and keeps the weather off garden tools etc as described.Far better than a wooden shed!!”
