Kai was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all the products we were interested and did buy. Informed us on all the details about our products and what to know about the floor items we bought and the new items. As well as how the delivery process works and what to expect. Very please for the about of money we spent there.

Great atmosphere, huge variety of furniture, and the staff does not swarm you like a vehicle dealership or Rooms To Go. My first visit to Living Spaces resulted in my divorce from Rooms to Go.

Absolutely will NEVER shop here again! 7 DAY return/exchange policy is absolutely RIDICULOUS!! Bar stool started falling apart on day 3 so I ordered new ones from a much better company that I love so much better. I assumed like most people that things have a 30-90 day return policy but nope I contacted them on day 10 and that's what I was told! I was moving into a new home and needed seating so that's why I went ahead and ordered more bar stools under the assumption that I could return the living spaces soon, but that's not how this company operates! I will absolutely be telling every social media outlet, friends, family EVERYONE to not shop here! How is anyone supposed to know if they love something or if its not going to be a faulty product in 7 days! Do better Living Spaces! And ADVERTISE LOUD AND PROUD ABOUT ONLY HAVING A 7 DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY SO YOU DON'T SCREW PEOPLE OVER! Put it in your commercials too! I give it 0 stars! DO NOT SHOP HERE

They delivered recliners sofas to us on February 5, 2026, and were not properly assembled, as they left separate from each other and not connected properly to each other on their bases, resulting in moving Also, Some of the sofas are missing the small lower button support, making them unstable when we sit on them. And when we called them, they refused to come and fixed it even though we bought a warrant from them Before buying they said I have 30 days to return the sofas, but they refuse to cancel the order and refund our money back

Purchased a motorized sectional and the motor doesn't work after 6 months on one recliner. Communication is poor with the Care Free Warranty. We were told someone would reach out to us in 2-3 days after waiting 2 weeks. Here we are a month into a broken piece of furniture and now we're told 8-12 weeks to wait for a part. I have had to do all the calling and tracking down of information. NOT HAPPY!

I am extremely disappointed with this company’s service. My furniture was originally scheduled to be delivered on the 17th. On the evening of the 16th, I received a phone call saying the delivery was being delayed until the 24th. Then, on the 19th, I received another email stating it was delayed again. When I called for clarification, no one could give me a clear answer on when it would actually be delivered. I was told it might arrive sometime between the 1st and the 5th — with no guarantee and no real explanation. There was absolutely no resolution offered other than “that’s just how it is.” This level of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I’m now left just waiting, fully expecting to be told on the 1st that it’s delayed yet again. Terrible experience. I would not recommend.

Brand new bed broke after a few months in July/Aug. The warranty replacement never arrived. Had to call back in late October asking what is going on with the bed frame they were going to fix? They never reached out to me for months hoping I would disapear i guess. Well they finally told me the bed was no longer in production due to defective engineering. So they offered a new bed frame which took nearly another few months to get to me. When they arrived, they told me that the bed that's broken needs to be removed.However, the representatives of living spaces told me that the bed frame would be removed by the people.Installing the new bed and that they would dispose of it.So they lied to me.And I had to figure out how to cut this up with a saw, because I didn't put the bed together.I paid for the bed to be assembled.So I don't have the tools to disassemble it.And I had to basically cut this whole thing up rushing to get it out of my house, and to have no way of disposing it. This company lied, and then they tried to claim that they had some sort of disclaimer that says that upon delivery, the bed needs to be removed.But their representatives on multiple occasions over the past several months told me that the bed would be removed by them.So they lied to me.And then last minute they're telling me that I need to figure out what to do with the broken bed, even though they're the ones that installed it, they used their tools.And they're the ones that brought it here.So they need to take it back and they refuse to take it back. I would never do business with this company ever again.And I suggest that no one else does.Their beds are made like s***.They're straight out of just the crappiest materials ever.And the bed that I got is even crappier than the bed that I had previously from a construction standpoint, and i'm sure that this bed's gonna fall apart too. Don't buy their stuff it's hot garbage

We had 6 theatre chairs delivered and put together. The room for them wasn't ready yet, it was still under construction so we didn't examine them. We just went down to look at them and the handles for the recliners were all on backwards so they wouldn't recline. My husband tried to fix them but the screws are stripped. I called the headquarters because you can not get ahold of the store where you made your purchase. They told me since it was more than seven days,(the chairs are still under cover and have never been used), I had to file a warranty claim. I looked at the warranty and it states that things that happen during delivery are not covered. I spoke to a supervisor and she could have cared less. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. I will never shop there again and would suggest anyone who reads this to buy your furniture at a reputable furniture store. There are plenty in Denver and I am sure after spending the money we did on 6 recliners, 8 club chairs and 2 tables they would be happy to help! Bad processes at Living Spaces.

My wife and I love this store and the people that work ant the North San Antonio location are very nice and helpful! We just had a bed exchanged and the delivery guys Noel and Andres were super polite and helpful!

Horrible experience..delivered the incorrect piece…won’t make exception to deliver ASAP because they only come to Granbury twice a month.

I went to the store twice and both times I had to find a sales associate to help me. I found a recliner to purchase and since it was a store display I had to purchase and bring home myself. They offered to wrap it up and help load it in my truck. This is where I screwed up, I didn't double check the wrap job. It needed more wrapping around the top of the chair because it got scuffed. I know it got scuffed when they were pushing in back in my truck. I call customer service and there is nothing they can do about it since it was the last one and all sales are final. Anyhow, it was an 700. recliner and not a 5k couch. I will not be shopping here again!! EVER!! Also, after calling the 800 number overseas they told me I need to contact the manager. THE STORE DOES NOT HAVE A DIRECT NUMBER. The only way to contact the manager is to go back to the store.
