Disgusting, immoral practice. Listen up, paracetamol was 99p for 32 caps, now £2.50, an increase of around 250% all thanks to exploiting those in need regarding Coronavirus. I wonder what additional profits they're making on related products, thermometers, sanitizers, tissues. I dropped everything, walked out and bought my gear from Co-op and Tesco.

Their customer charter and expressed standards of service "always with your health in mind" and "we want to provide the best service" is complete fabrication. They just DO NOT CARE about you or your health. Every time I have gone to collect my medicines sent electronically they deny that they are there and just fob me off despite the fact that I know they are there as my GP clinic has actually issued them. The last time I had to travel three times to be fobbed off each time over the course of three days. Finally after I made a huge fuss they did "find " it and admitted that they had made a mistake. A patient and senior citizen should not have to go through this. After two months of formally initiating a complaint with them there has been no answer despite their own policy stating that the will resolve the issue within 20 days. A terrible company to be avoided.
