“Rick Rowlin worked on my Home refinance to help me get money out of my equity. He was nice, respectful and straight to the point. He never let anyone give me the run around. We started off really well and we had a hiccup with the appraisal. It turned out to be a lot lower than we planned. So Rick put in a request to the VA to have the appraisal approved to be higher.
