“Kristi Mattauch was just terrific! After just the first 5 minutes of conversation, I knew she was the right person to help me get my loan refinanced. I had already spoken to one person who gave a good rate and with whom I was working, but after speaking with Kristi I made an immediate switch. She could an even better rate and better terms. Very few hoops to jump through, excellent communication, and very, very professional. I just closed on my loan this week, and have already recommended her services. Do not hesitate to work with Kristi at LoanDrone!”

“My only critique would be better communication. There were times when we would go weeks without any word, and it got a little frustrating. But they did a great job. Had to overcome a lot to get it done.”

“I have worked with Kristi Mattauch more than once, her efforts to get Veterans lower rates is genuinely heartfelt. Thank you❣️ Not her first rodeo! Kristi is dependable in complicated situations, she processed my quit claim deeds after my divorce. I am grateful she was able to get my ex spouse to cooperate, ✔️done. “I’ve been in real estate for over eight years, and I have not only done several refinances myself but also worked with many lenders for my clients. Rick Rawlin is by far the most organized Straight shooting Lender that I have worked with to date. There was no beating around the bush — everything was clear and concise and went exactly as he said it would in our first phone call. He beat the competitors rates without any prompting, and closed my refi in 22 days. I plan on sending him many referrals! Rick Rawlin is a huge asset to Loandrone, and I recommend asking for him by name.”

“Excellent experience. The refinance rate they obtained for me was rock bottom - lower than the lowest rate I found anywhere else. Their communication was exceptional and they processed the refinance smoothly and professionally. I could not ask for more.”

“Robert did well and so far so good - the refi loan has been approved and funded. That's the proof, in the end. He seems very efficient and experienced; my only tiny concern was his very slight defensiveness, on occasion. I didn't interact with anyone else at Loandrone, except the CEO who answered the phone "hello." That needs to be corrected.”

“Carley was very helpful and patient with me. Had a lot of what I thought were stupid questions and was a little nervous about certain things like closing cost amounts and other little details. She explained things so I could understand and feel more confident about my re-fi. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. Almost like I was having a conversation with one of my friends. I would highly recommend Carley for your loan needs.”
